Q2. How do I get my discount code?
  1. Submit Your Request: Before making your purchase, email your required verification documents to support@glampalm.com.
    *Please include your full name, contact information, and eligibility category (Hair Stylists & Beauty Professionals / Military) in your email.
  2. Document Review: Please note that it may take 2-3 business days to review your documents.
  3. Receive Your Code: Once approved, we will reply to your email with your exclusive discount code.
  4. Apply at Checkout: Once received, you can manually enter the code into the promo code box at checkout.
Q3. Does the discount code expire?

Yes, your discount code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. It cannot be used after the expiration date, so please make sure to apply it to your order promptly.
