I purchased this on July 4th, and after researching the best flat iron, this brand came up, and I decided to try it. I don't know why; my $30 flatiron works so much better in terms of last long after straightening. My hair gets frizz quickly, and it just doesn't last long. I let my sister try and compare it with her flat iron, turned out it also doesn't last long on her hair.

I wasn't sure if it was because they sent me the broken one.

First of all the quality of iron is excellent and of course I will continue to praise about engraving service as well. It turned out so beautiful and I love it. The iron itself is so much easy to use and it works sooo well that I definitely recommend to anyone who needs to straighten their hair.
